Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. The Services are intended primarily for business use. You may not use the Services if doing so would violate applicable law or these Terms.

To use certain features, you may need to create an account or be invited to an organization account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information;
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Restricting unauthorized access to your account;
• All activities that occur under your account, except to the extent caused by our breach of these Terms or applicable law.

We may support login through third-party identity or OAuth providers. Your use of those sign-in methods may also be subject to the third party’s terms and privacy practices.

If you access the Services through an organization, workspace, or customer account:

• The organization may control your access;
• Administrators may access, manage, or restrict your account and associated content;
• Your use may also be governed by your employer’s or customer’s internal policies.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.

This license does not transfer any ownership rights in the Services or any underlying software, models, documentation, branding, or technology.

You retain ownership of the data, content, prompts, files, records, logos, images, and other materials that you or your authorized users submit to the Services (“Customer Content”).

You grant us a limited right to host, copy, transmit, process, display, format, and otherwise use Customer Content only as necessary to:

• Provide and maintain the Services;
• Authenticate users and secure the Services;
• Support requested product functionality;
• Process content through selected integrations or AI providers at your direction;
• Comply with law and enforce these Terms.

We do not acquire ownership of your Customer Content.

We maintain reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect Customer Content and account information against unauthorized access, acquisition, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

These safeguards may include, as appropriate to the Services:

• Encryption of data in transit;
• Use of reputable cloud infrastructure and service providers;
• Access controls designed to limit access to authorized personnel and users;
• Authentication and account security measures;
• Logging, monitoring, and security event review;
• Backup and recovery processes;
• Vendor and subprocessor oversight; and
• Incident response and remediation procedures.

We may update our security measures from time to time to reflect changes in technology, industry practices, legal requirements, and the nature of the Services.

If we become aware of a confirmed security incident affecting Customer Content, we will take reasonable steps to investigate, contain, mitigate, and remediate the issue and provide notice as required by applicable law and, where applicable, our contractual obligations.

Nothing in this section constitutes a guarantee that the Services will be invulnerable to all security threats, and you acknowledge that no method of transmission, storage, or electronic processing is completely secure.

Some Services include AI-powered functionality provided through third-party providers. By using those features, you acknowledge and agree:

• Inputs you submit may be processed by third-party AI providers to provide the requested functionality;
• AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your intended use;
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them;
• You will not use AI outputs as the sole basis for legal, financial, compliance, employment, healthcare, or similarly high-risk decisions without appropriate human review;
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit content to AI-enabled features.

We do not promise that AI features will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

You may not, and may not permit others to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purpose;
• Upload, transmit, or process content that you do not have the right to use;
• Violate privacy, intellectual property, confidentiality, or other rights of any person or entity;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, or attempt to derive source code from the Services except where prohibited by law;
• Scrape, harvest, crawl, mirror, or otherwise extract data from the Services except as expressly authorized by us;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Services;
• Bypass authentication, access controls, rate limits, or usage restrictions;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services without our prior written authorization;
• Introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful content;
• Use the Services to generate or distribute spam, phishing, or abusive communications;
• Share credentials or allow unauthorized third parties to access accounts;
• Use the Services or AI features in a manner that violates provider restrictions or applicable law;
• Use the Services to build a competing product using unauthorized access or extracted data.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Services, our users, or third parties.

Certain Services require payment of subscription fees or other charges. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees and authorize our payment processor to charge your selected payment method.

We may modify, update, discontinue, or restrict all or part of the Services at any time. We do not guarantee that the Services or any feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

You are responsible for using the Services in a secure manner, including maintaining account security, controlling user access within your organization, using strong authentication methods where available, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access or security incidents involving your account.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding the Services, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you, provided we will not publicly identify you as the source without your permission.

The Services, including all software, technology, content provided by us, visual interfaces, trademarks, service marks, logos, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to CW Frontier and are protected by intellectual property and other laws.

Except for the limited license expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

The Services may interoperate with third-party products, integrations, websites, or services. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not warrant their availability, security, or performance, though we may use reasonable diligence in selecting service providers that support operation of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, immediately or at a later time, if:

• You violate these Terms;
• Your use creates security, legal, or operational risk;
• We are required to do so by law;
• Fees remain unpaid;
• The applicable Service is discontinued.

You may stop using the Services at any time, subject to any subscription commitments and payment obligations already incurred.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CW FRONTIER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT ANY OUTPUTS OR RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CW FRONTIER AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

• THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
• $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CW Frontier and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Services;
• Your Customer Content;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of applicable law or the rights of any third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Alabama, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version and revise the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
